Discover ways to escape the 'Rat Race'
Leverage your introverted skills and excel in network marketing!🚀
Use AI as your friend to automate your business and allow you to grow without sacrificing time with your family (even if you aren't a techie!).
Now, I used to struggle with feeling overwhelmed by the sheer volume of tasks in my network marketing business. And that was while also juggling a full-time job and having a really busy family life with six kids in the house. Networking events were an absolute nightmare, and I constantly felt isolated and unsupported. It was tough balancing work, family and personal time. But then I discovered how to turn my introversion into my own superpower.
Can I share with you how I did some of that?
Well, the first way I did that was by embracing silent reflection, you can use your quiet time to brainstorm and innovate. Even some of the best ideas that you'll come from will be while you are experiencing solitude, when you are in the shower, when you are sat alone, when you're in the car, on your way to your job. Those are the times when your brain can relax a little bit and actually think about and plan ahead.
Use AI for Free Family Time!
Now, the second way I used to do this was by leveraging technology. And I still do leverage technology massively. AI tools and automated processes can save you hours, and that gives you more time to spend with your family and for your own personal development.
Even if you are not techie, even if you don't know what all the buttons do, there are still lots of ways that you can start deploying AI and technology in general and automating your processes. And that's what I'm all about teaching now.
Everyone Loves A Good Listener!
Another way is by building authentic connections. So introverts like you and I excel at deep meaningful conversations. You can use this to your advantage in build a really trustworthy online presence.
So our more extroverted friends, they prefer to talk. They prefer more surface level conversations and therefore surface level relationships, whereas we're more designed to listen, let the other person talk, glean as much information from them as possible, and then ask really, really deep, meaningful questions that we build that relationship.
Just because you aren't loud and a 'social butterfly' doesn't mean you can't become an entrepreneur, it's actually YOUR secret power. It may sound crazy, but people really appreciate it when you take the time to build genuine connection and to get to know them. It can very much help you to help them move on to the next stage of your sales process or your funnel if you understand what their actual needs and concerns are
And it doesn't matter whether you are doing online or in person, your listening skills and building those authentic connections will really do you a lot of good and drive your business forward.
Boost Productivity With These Often Overlooked Skills
One of my biggest tips is effective Time Management.
Plan your day to include breaks and downtime. Now, that may sound counterproductive because normally when we plan our days, we plan the work we're going to do. But by planning your breaks, by planning your lunchtime, your brain is more in tune and knows exactly where it's going. So by all means, you can fill in the gaps in between those breaks and downtimes with what pieces of work you're going to achieve, but you then have a roadmap for the day to follow. And this prevents burnout, and it will actually enhance your productivity by knowing when your next break is.
And finally, Stress Management.
Okay, so looking after our mental health, looking after drive stress levels is absolutely vital. If you want to be at your best both to serve your customers, to serve your viewers or followers, whoever it is you're trying to serve, but also to serve yourself and your family. If you are absolutely drained in your burnout, you are of no use to yourself. You are of no use to your people online, and you are of no use to your family. So practice mindfulness and stress relief techniques, and that will help to maintain your mental wellbeing. And if you get to the point where something is actively damaging your mental wellbeing, then you must take time to step back and look at how you could do things differently.
